If you have sensitive skin, try it first with your cleanser. If your skin is not easily irritated and you want a stronger treatment, just blend it with water and gently scrub onto face. We were able to grind the salt granule down to a powder so it gently exfoliates at first and then dissolves into skin to heal and balance skin while you finish cleansing.
