1. Just put a biscuit or any other foods that you think the pest like to eat in the trap and then put it in your kitchen or elsewhere which the cockcroach often appear.

2. After 1-2 days, normally there would start to have few cockcroaches being trapped inside, don't clear them first as they will release some signal and their friends will going in soon.

3. You may then clear it after 1 week. Put them in a black plastic bag & expose under sun for few hours or just put the whole box into a pail filled with water to drown them.

*Cockroaches have their own site for each group of cockcroaches too, eg. Group A of cockcroaches may not go to Group B site, so it's recommended to put 2 traps within a kitchen or within an area.

This trap could be used in your car too if your kids like to eat inside the car, there would be some small cockroaches inside (the picture below is the cockroaches cought from the car, their size are relatively smaller than what we used to see in the house.
