We highly recommend customers to opt for Registered mail, it ensures delivery to the addressed party. Singpost Registered mail requires extra $2.50 per shopping cart order. An online tracking number will be provided once registered mail is chosen.

Transit time: 1 to 4 business days

*All items will be wrap with bubble wrap.

We will not cover for lost items as delivery is handled by Singapore Post. We will cover for items damaged during transit as it is our responsibility to pack it properly.

Returns

In any unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged or are faulty, a replacement , including postage charge, will be offered within 7days after you received your item.
