Q1: Why are we writing this FAQs?
We are here to serve the customers in the long run and we want to be honest to them.
Q2: Why are you selling your items at this low price?
In Gmarket, in order to attract customers we have to sell the items very close to
wholesale prices, but we are not the lowest.
Q3: Where are your items from?
They are from China. It is the place where the entire world sources their
product from. All or most of the sellers here selling similar items are from the same
sources. In fact, there are only a few suppliers for some of the items sold here.
Q4: Why is my power adapter faulty when I received it?
There are few ways it can be faulty, firstly the appearance is scratched, but it is still
functionable. Secondly, the shape is totally out i.e. it is physically damaged on the
surface, e.g. one of the pin is bended. Thirdly, it looks fine but it simply don't charge.
Lastly, the internal components are shifted, when current is pass through, it will short
circuit causing the main power safety feature to trip the power.
There are no straight reason why it is faulty. Mostly likely, it is damaged on the way
to you. Most importantly, if it is faulty... we do one to one exchange for you.
Q4: Do you test them before you send out?
Yes. We tested every single piece, bubbled wrapped before we sent out.
Q5. Are they safe to use?
Yes. We are using them in our home. We have sold thousands of pieces. No major
complaints except for a few short circuited incidents. And when that happens, the
main power safety feature will cause the power to trip. This is true to all electrical
items sold in the market.
Q6. Do you give any warranty to the power adapter?
Yes. We have decided to extend the warranty to 21 days instead of the usual 14 days.
We will do one to one exchange for all power adapter up to 21 days. So far, we have
replace every faulty power adapters since we started selling.
Q7. Who are you and why are you selling in Gmarket?
I am a businessman. I have been doing business for the past 16 years mainly into
training in entrepreneurship. Currently doing this full time. I am also partnering with
others to get them started selling items in Gmarket.
Gmarket is a great place. The only minus point is the customers in Gmarket may not
be very loyal... lol... We started off selling USB cables at $2.50 and we end up selling
them from $1.65 to $1.85 because others are selling lower. :) We don't sell cheap
stuff, we sell good stuff at afforable prices.

Instructions:
1. Clean the LCD Screen with the cleaning cloth;
2. Peel off the mask of the ESD slice and use the sticky side to absorb and eliminate the dust;
