Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably before meals with water.Free OfGMOs, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
