. Hi, I'd like to purchase one of your tee shirts but the size I'm looking for is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
That depends on the product availability and general demand. If the product's response is good, we will normally place our request to our sources prior our next restock. For limited runs as set by the labels themselves, we will indicate them clearly on the product pages. For discontinued products, we will remove them from our product pages promptly to avoid confusion. Restocked items will be updated on our website once we get them.
. How do I provide general feedback on merchandise or the web interface to lleitmotif?
At lleitmotif, we value each and every customer's opinion and feedback. You can use our Contact Form to do so.
. Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
We do not provide Cash on Delivery as an option, sorry.
. Will I receive any acknowledgement from lleitmotif when payment has been received?
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from lleitmotif once payment has been received. We will proceed to ship out your order promptly.
. Are all your products entitled to Free Shipping?
All our orders are entitled to Free Shipping(non-registered mail) within Singapore only. For International orders outside Singapore, please purchase via our website lleitmotif.net as we will auto-calculate international shipping charges during checkout.
. I have opted for registered delivery. Where can I obtain the tracking ID?
We will email you with the tracking ID once we get it from SingPost.
. I have received the product(s) but the size doesn't fit, can I opt for 1 to 1 exchange?
Sorry, we do not have such a policy but we do our best to provide accurate size information on our products. Kindly check the size chart bubble on the product page before placing your order, especially if you are buying for someone other than yourself.
. The received merchandise looks different from that shown in the website, can I ask for an exchange?
Sorry, we do not have such a policy. Do note that product images may differ slightly from actual product.
. Can I exchange my received product for another design instead?
If you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, you can ship it back to us within 3 days. Items must be returned in its original packing, not opened or used. Buyer pays for all shipping & handling costs back to lleitmotif. Kindly notify us at sales@lleitmotif.net before sending back the items. In the event that we are not satisfied with the returned products, we will deliver it back at your own cost.
