What is the Shoulder Resistance Harness?
The Live Up Shoulder Resistance Harness is a versatile tool to build explosive power and speed in the lower body. The Harness fits easily over the shoulders and buckles in the front to safely secure the athlete to a resistance cord, sled or any other device used for resistance sprinting.
The Harness is quick and easy to set up and simple to use. Simply put on the harness, secure the buckle and either have a partner create the resistance or simply attach to a power sled. The belt will fit up to 42 inch waist the nylon strap stretches up to 6ft.
