Take one Tablet daily only at mealtime. This formula is prepared to disintegrate over one hour.

Warnings
Vitamin K can antagonize the effect of anticoagulants, including Warfarin/Coumadin. Do not take this product if you are taking Warfarin/Coumadin or are pregnant or breastfeeding without first consulting your physician , Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
