早先的研究發現,生薑可以減少暈車時及手術後的反胃現象,這次的研究則顯示,它對孕婦似乎也有相同的功效。
懷孕時,體內整個內分泌系統會產生變化,尤其懷孕初期變動更大。懷孕三個月內會出現害喜現象,孕婦會感到食慾不振﹑噁心嘔吐﹑暈眩等不適狀況,早上起來也經常發生「晨吐」。三個月以後,以上不適感會慢慢消失。如孕吐嚴重會影響正常飲食,危害孕婦及胎兒健康。而報告顯示薑中所含的薑醇能夠發揮止吐作用,且不會有任何有毒的副作用。懷孕初期孕婦可適量喝薑茶減輕害喜不適。<文from幸孕福助孕中心>

巧妙运用坐月子三宝,许自己一个不发胖、不水肿的月子
「麻油、酒、老姜」是俗称的坐月子三宝,聪明的妈咪要巧妙的运用这三宝,让自己不要在坐月子期间发胖太多!
麻油和酒有利于子宫收缩;老姜用于去寒利水,温子宫利于恶露排出,对于剖腹产的产妇来说,由于有开刀伤口,产后一周内建议勿用酒,以免影响伤口愈合。
