Mold Candy Shells using the Wilton Tart Pan - Pour or pipe 1-2 tablespoons of melted candy into the bottom of the pan's 12 cavities. Use brush to paint the candy on the sides of each cavity to the desired height, forming an even edge. Chill until firm, about 15-20 minutes. Repeat with another coat if needed. Shell should be 1/8 - ¼ inches thick. Carefully unmold shell, if you have difficulty removing shell, place pan in freezer for 2-3 minutes, then unmold.
