I always used wheybolic protein before and after and felt pretty good at the gym. When I added this to the mix, I definitely felt the boost. The taste is ok, will a little bit of an bitter after taste. I've gotten used to it and kind of like it now. The number of servings are true to the label. I would definitely recommend this.
