In general, it takes 2 to 3 working days to reach you once ship out. There are rare cases that packages are delayed for 1 to 3 weeks due to postman delivery error which gets re-delivered again. We recommend registered mail at all times especially during festive season.
We ensure all orders are sent out within 1 working day excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders on Friday will be shipped out following Monday, latest by Tuesday if our orders are too overwhelming over the weekends. We hope to seek your kind understanding.
Note: Modinail colors are either seasonal or limited edition series and therefore, once colors are sold out, there will not be restock again as we prepare for new colors launches every 1 to 2 months.
