Shipment within Singapore

·         Delivery of Goods

We deliver your Order(s) free of charge, if the point of delivery is within Singapore.

Process for delivery will take place after receipt of payment from you, within business days; and after confirmation of the timing for door delivery. Proof of delivery and free of defects checking shall take place at delivery point.

·         Return of Goods

All Order(s) delivered and accepted in good conditions, are non-returnable.

Shipment outside Singapore

·         Delivery of Goods

We deliver your Order(s) subject to international shipping charge, if the point of delivery is outside Singapore.

Process for delivery will take place after receipt of payment from you, within local business days; and after confirmation of the international shipping charge by you is complete - using separate email communication via GMart’s buyer-to-seller messaging, or alternative means. Proof of delivery and free of defects checking shall be executed through the international courier’s system, and made available to both parties for updating the Status of Order.

·         Return of Goods

For any return due to defects or damage, please give us an email notification with the following information :   

Our Reference Number, Date of Purchase, Postal Proof of Receipt, Item Code/Description, Nature of Defect. We will contact you on decision on any replacement, after investigation.

Any shipment cost from you to us is at your expenses. Shipment of replacement goods( after satisfactory investigation) by us to you, will be at our expenses.
