Prepare: Open all hook-and-loop closures. Brace is recommended to be worn over the sock.

Apply: Slide affected foot into ankle brace and lace the product for a snug fit. Take the first strap, wrap it across the front of the foot, under and up, then attach hook-and-loop closure along the side of the ankle. Repeat this step with the other strap.

Adjust: Retighten straps for a comfortable fit. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.
