Testing on the spot We now have a compulsory testing policy for all items on the spot. if you can walk in to our office We will undertake a thorough test and that you bring home a 100% working set. We will not be giving any exchanges after the test has been successfully completed as warranty claims will now be direct with the agent.
What is the return policy? For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions: Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
