20 mixed sized lily water transfers.  These are salon quality and lie completely flat on the nails.  Simple to apply.  Paint nails in the colour of your choice and allow to dry.  Cut around the water transfer and pop into water for around 30 seconds (or until it slides easy of the backing paper).  Place onto your nails and position, then allow to dry thoroughly before apply 2 coats of good quality clear varnish.  This will seal the decal in place.  Why not check out my other nail art.
