We will send asap for those in stock items and others when ready for those which require customisation.
Pls allow some time (5-7 working days) for reprinting for some confirmed orders and 7 - 10 working days for customised orders. Your orders will be indicated as sent via the Q10 system earlier, feel free to email galleriahouse@gmail.com for order status with Cart No. or Order No.
We apologise if your order is cancelled due to out of stock. Funds will be reverted back very fast via Q10's efficient system.
