PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
With 6-8 oz. of juice or water take 1 Inteisify BLACK capsule 30 minutes prior to your morning meal, and 1 capsule 30 minutes prior to your afternoon meal. Caffeine content is 160 mg per capsule. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet.

Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or upset stomach. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken.
