Polymer lithium battery instructions and precautions:
The following is a shop selling lithium polymer battery during use of some guidance and warnings , please carefully read and follow the consumer , in order to get the best performance and most reliable security.
First, the battery charge
1.1 Charging current: charging current must not exceed specifications prescribed maximum charging current ( under normal circumstances is 0.5C ~ 1.0C or less ) , the use of higher than recommended may cause the value of current charging the battery charge and discharge performance , mechanical performance and safety problems and may lead to heat or leakage.
1.2 Charging voltage: charging voltage must not exceed the specified limit voltage (4.2V / single battery ) 4.25V per battery charge voltage for the highest limit. For series battery pack must balance charging or charge each battery individually methods must ensure that , when added to any single voltage across the battery must not exceed 4.25V ( non- charging in series , or it may overcharge the battery drain of the battery liquid , fire or explosion ; users use the battery due to an error arising peril ) .
1.3 Charging Temperature : The battery must be charged within product specifications prescribed ambient temperature range , otherwise the battery prone to damage. When they find the battery surface temperature anomaly ( refer to the cell surface temperature exceeds 50 ), should immediately stop charging.
1.4 Reverse charging : Connect battery positive and negative , non- reverse charging. If the positive and negative reversed , it will not charge the battery . Reverse charge would fatally undermine the use of the battery , and even lead to fever, leak , fire, explosion.
Second, the battery discharge
2.1 Discharge current : discharge current must not exceed specifications ( acknowledgment ) specified maximum discharge current , over- current discharge capacity will lead to drastic reduction swell and cause the battery to overheat .
2.2 Discharge Temperature: battery must be discharged within the specifications specified operating temperature range. When the battery surface temperature exceeds 70 , should be suspended until the battery to cool until room temperature.
2.3 Over-discharge : Over-discharge can damage the battery , the battery voltage may not be so single discharge less than 2.75V.
Third, storage
The battery should be placed in a cool, dry environment storage, long-term storage battery ( over three months ) , it is recommended to temperatures of 10-25 and low humidity non-corrosive gas environments. In the long-term storage battery charging process should be once every six months to ensure that each cell voltage in the range of 3.6 ~ 3.9V .
