I am leaving a review based on size and fit because it would have been helpful for me when ordering. I am a size 40D and 7 months pregnant. This fits good. It's tight enough to stay up but not too tight to be uncomfy. I think I will have enough room when ready to start breastfeeding, however, if you are any larger in the chest/back then a 40-42d I would suggest getting the XL. I dont recommend though if you have bigger breasts.
