  1. Singpost normal mail service does not come with tracking information. Buyers have to bear the responsibility of any lost mail. For parcel tracking, please opt for Registered mail (+$3.90). Note that orders may be sent via Smartpac*^ (with tracking number) for Singpost Registered mail delivery option.
     * Will be deposited into recipient's letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt to doorstep. 
     ^ When delivered to letterbox, postman's signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. Retrieval of a duplicate copy of the signed delivery note is available upon request at S$2.
  2. Orders will be sent out within 2 working days, unless otherwise specified.

  3. Singpost normal mail usually takes about 3-5 working days from seller posting date, but may also take up to 2 weeks due to the large volume of parcels received by Singpost. To track your parcels, it is best to opt for Singpost Registered mail (+$3.90) instead.
