Do not use during pregnancy. 
Do not eat fried, spicy and oily food. Foods which are high in purines should be restricted or avoided; this includes alcohol,     beans and peas, lentils, shellfish and scallops, fatty food. Drink plenty of water when taking this product to help remove uric   acid.
