Pull the probe out and simply insert the long probe into your food or liquid and you will have an accurate temperature displayed on the large LCD screen. Press the HOLD button to keep the readout until pressed again. Press ºC/℉ to switch between Fahrenheit(°F) and Celsius(°C).
