Apply to affected area for up to 20 minutes.Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying.
For Heat Therapy:Microwave pad for 60 seconds.Let pad sit for 30 seconds before applying to skin.Apply to neck or shoulder and test product for 2 minutes.If hotter pad is desired, microwave in 15 second increments until optimum temperature is reached.Do not exceed 90 seconds total, as overheating may cause the prodcut to rupture.
For Cold Therapy:Place pad in freezer bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
