Customer review
very thin blade slices well. Super thin edge geometry and average stainless steel means edge retention isn't awesome.
Either dye, or wood tannins in handle make yellow stains in the sink when wet. over all, the knife is average, but the price is well below average, making thos a good value.
Update:
After several months of having this knife, I love it! The wood dye in the handle stopped bleeding out (the wood is not sealed). The knife slices amaaazingly well. Edge retention is always going to be an issue with any stainless, but this knife gets shaving sharp in less than a minute, so thats not an issue for me. I love this knife, would always recommend over a victorinox Fibrox, which is probably the next step up. This knife is a little thinner, but I use it for slicing and chopping, so that's not an issue for me either.
