Directions

Gradually add 4 scoops of HeavyWeight into 2 cups (16 oz. or 500ml) of cold water or milk with continuous mixing. Use 3 times daily: 45 minutes before training, immediately after training and 1 hour before bedtime. Eat at least 4 meals of regular food each day.
