Crafted using Leura Park estate grown fruit by Stephen Webber, Chief Winemaker at de Bortoli, Australian Winemaker of the Year 2007, this wine is a showcase of a perfectly aged, cool climate chardonnay displaying great depth and complexity. An incredibly youthful palate defies its age. Beautiful oak integration is a hallmark of this wine. Grapefruit, stone fruits and green melon dominate before transcending into melancholy traces of cure citrus peel, honey suckle and lime.
