 Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs and check-out time is 12:00 Hrs.
 Early Check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room should be reserved from the previous night at additional charge.
 Late check-out is subject to availability and may subject to additional charges.

- COMPLIMENTARY LAND TRANSFERS
Two way complimentary transfers between Batam Center Ferry Terminal – Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention will be provided by the Hotel. For group reservation, kindly advise us the ferry timings in advance to facilitate the arrangement.

- DEPARTURE FEE & FUEL SURCHARGE
 IDR 65.000 Passenger Departure Fee per person (departure from Batam Center Ferry Terminal).
 SGD 14 Fuel Surcharge per person (departure from Harbour Front Ferry Terminal)
 SGD 6 passenger departure fee (PDF) is not paid at Harbour Front Ferry Terminal

Merchant will revert with a confirmation within 2 working days in advance and 3 working days in advance for Public Holidays.
Confirmation Email/Booking code must be presented upon redemption.

Be Aware of:
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months (expiry date) on the date of travel.
Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and entry visa (if required) are in order prior to the departure.
The Merchant reserved the right to suggest alternate dates and travel time in case that the requested travel dates and time are not available anymore.
Ticket is for Adult or Child
No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed upon confirmation of the booking or Miss Ferry
Once confirmed, the dates will not be able to be changed.
Strictly no replacement or extension is given to expired purchased travel vouchers.
Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.
