Not all non-stick pans are made equal so test with Scotch-Brite™ Cellulose Scrub Sponge in a small or inconspicuous area first and allow to dry to see if you're pleased with the result.

Be careful not to drag hard particles like burnt food over the surface while cleaning as these could be hard enough to scratch the delicate non-stick coating.
