  •        These are manufactured toys with collectors' value. There will be common toy's imperfections from the manufacturer such as slight colour variance, slightly loose part or light scratches. We can only confirm that there is no missing parts. For collectors seeking perfections, please contact us before you bid or purchase. We will be happy to forward you pictures for the products, but we will not entertain such complains AFTER the bid or purchases. Thank you for your kind understanding.
  •         For NEW item, we might open for content inspection and verifications. We will not open the protection inner packaging.
  •         For DISPLAYED or USED item, we will ensure the packaging and repack the inner packaging. If you have doubts about the cosmetics, please contact us BEFORE the bid or purchase.

Due to delicate of the boxes, we do not recommend shipment unless buyer insist. If such, we will not be responsible for any shipment damages.

Timing:  (After office hours only)

Our default is Speedpost EMS for international post.

We recommend all international ship is via Speedpost with tracking number to protect both parties. Airmail does not provide tracking number hence we will consider shipment completed once it is send out.

International Shipment Option: We can provide a few other options for international shipment:

�       FedEx

�       UPS

 

Shipment Cost:  All shipment will be based on actual quote from the courier. We will notify the buyer on the cost before ship out. We will request the buyer to pay up the full price (product + shipment) before dispatch.

Terms & Conditions

Box and Packaging Condition
  • As all our stocks are air-freight in from overseas, we take great care to ensure the best packaging for the product. However, from time to time we will experience some box damages, or for displayed set, the box condition might have suffer wear and tear. We will specified the box condition in the item description and if you have any questions regarding to the packaging, please ask us before you bid or purchase. HA will not entertain any disagreement or argument over packaging after we ship out. 

Stock Availability
  • As we are selling our products on more than one platform, some product might have been sold out before we can remove from eBay listing. We will try our best to update the list as fast as possible and apologises if it causes any inconvenience. If possible you can always contact us to make sure the product is still available.

Transaction Completion and Cancellation
  • Once buyer complete the bidding/purchase, we will send out an email to the buyer to confirm the order and preferred method for delivery. The buyer MUST reply to us within 48hrs (2 days) to advise us on your prefer shipment method, and the transaction must be complete with 72hrs (3 days) upon the confirmation after that. Unable to meet the mentioned timeline will result in auto-order cancellation and item will relist on to eBay.
Payment
  • For Singapore local buyer, you have option of using PayPal or Cash on Delivery (COD). Please specify to us on the order confirmation email.
  • For International buyers, we only accept PayPal. Thank you.

Import Duties and Taxes
  • Buyer will be fully responsible for its own import duties and taxes incur. For international buyers, please make sure that the item you bid are allow to be imported and comply to all laws and regulations of the country that the product is shipped to. You can check with your country's customs office and post office to ensure if there is any additional cost or laws.
  • We will not be responsible for clearing custom or any duties/taxes incurred.

Return and Refund
  • We do not handle return (no-return policy) and no refund. Please make sure you are bidding or purchasing the item that you want. Any cancellation will or no-reply to our confirmation will result us reporting it to eBay and blacklisting the buyer in our account.
