1. All  the products that we are providing are produced by reliable technologies， which  meet not only Korean Industrial Standard but also international standards.
 
2. Our  products are designed for 220v/60Hz， and have a C type of plug. You need to use  a transformer converting your local voltage current to 220v/60Hz; otherwise，  the products will be damaged.
 
3. Some  of our products have a dual voltage for worldwide use， which means the products  operate on both 110/125v and 220/240v currents. However they’re have a C type  of plug Therefore， there would be no problem to use them everywhere in the  world.

General Policies

 
1. The  products， which say “International Warranty”， can be handled in local repair  shops. As for the other products on which “International Warranty” is NOT  mentioned， repair service is to be inquired of us. ( Phone number: 82)70-4837-6605)
 
2. Repair  service on our products is free of charge during the warranty period， which is 1  year from the date of purchasing.
 
3. As  to our electronic products， free-repair service will be offered only when the  products have been powered by 220v/60Hz， and have been used properly.
 
4. Please，  remember that the need of repair caused by customers’ mistake cannot be covered  by warranty. If a customer brings about the need of repair， the customer is  responsible for all the expenses， including shipping cost， the cost of shipping  back and forth.
 
5. On  the other hand， in the case that our products have defects， which cause the  need of repair， we will bear all the expenses in repairing them. We’ll pay for  the shipping cost of back and forth as well.
 
6. Your  purchasing from us means you have read， understood， and agreed with all the  policies of ours.

Shipping Policies

 
1. We  only ship to a verified address.
 
2. All  items will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment.-Weekends  and holidays are not considered as a business day.
 
3. The  products are delivered through the international delivery service of South  Korean Postal Service， EMS， FedEx， and UPS， etc.
 
4. According  to estimations by South Korean Postal Service and other shipping companies， the  followings are estimated time of delivery.

 
1. Depending  on the characteristic of products or destination countries’ authorities，  delivery can be delayed， and there might be an extra shipping charge. Although  we always try to find a way to reduce and save the custom duties and taxes， we’re  unable to take any responsibility regarding custom duties or tariffs imposed by  local authorities. We’re not responsible for any custom delays as well.  International customers are responsible for all the customs， duties， and  brokerage fees to be paid to the couriers or their governments.
 
2. Upon  customers’ request， we invoice， but the customers are to take care of all the  things brought by this.

Return Policies
  All faulty products are eligible for  return， exchange， and refund. Please， contact us before you ship any products  back to us.

1. Returns  and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of the products are welcomed as long  as the returned items are in the exact same condition as we sent them and in  the original unopened boxes. Once the item is used， it is not returnable unless  it has a defect by which the item doesn’t work for its own purpose.
 
2. All  the internal packing materials， additional items， and a free gift should be  included for return and exchange.
 
3. The  products damaged by customers are un-returnable， and in case of losing  additional items， including free gifts， if any， not only return but refund and  exchange are rejected.
 
4. Once  the products are unpacked and used， the products are not eligible for return  and refund.
 
5. Custom-made  products made by an individual order， such as clothes， handmade shoes， or  jewelry， are not eligible for return， refund， and exchange if there is no  defect.
 
6. All  returns should be pre-approved. A request for return and exchange will be  expired and automatically canceled when customers don’t post the item within 7 days from the date of request.
