- All orders are generally processed within 1-2 working days upon payment confirmation.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, except Public Holidays.

- Kindly check your order(s) are correct before checking out your cart.
- For orders wrongly placed, please inform us at soonest so we can ship out the correct item(s) to you. However if the wrong item(s) you ordered has already been shipped out, we regret to inform you that you have to place a new order instead.

- All products are new and instock unless otherwise stated.
- All products will checked for defects and wrapped securely in bubblewrap prior to delivery.
- There might be a 5-10mm difference in measurements so please decide and buy at your own discretion.
- The colors of the actual items might not be the same as the stock pictures due to your monitor model and settings.

- We only deliver via Singpost Registered Mail. Tracking number is provided.
- We will not be responsible for any damage of goods during delivery.
- We can only ensure that the goods are properly wrapped with bubblewrap for delivery to minimize the chance of the goods being damaged.
- We are not liable for any delays during delivery. Delays are expected during festive seasons.

- REFUNDS & EXCHANGE RELATED
- All exchange/refund requests must be raised to us within 3 days after receipt of delivery in order for us to process your requests. Any requests raised after this period will not be entertained.
- Only wrong and/or defective items are qualified for exchange/refund. The following conditions are not qualified for exchange/refund:
- Color differences due to monitor settings;
- Slight difference in measurements of 5-10mm;
- Defects caused during delivery;
- Wrong item ordered by buyer;
- Personal dislike or change of mind after buying;
- Delibrate damage to items to warrant an exchange or refund.
- Minor flaws (removable stains, easily mended flaws)
