First off everything is well packaged and the information book is large, colorful, well detailed full of photos showing step by step assembly and it even has a few pages in the back to color and have fun with. The two dolls are so cute, Azryn spent a lot of time immediately playing with them..she is 8 years old and I am 57. Building is a great skill to have and this set makes it a joy to do alone or together. Obviously this is not recommended for any small, young child as there is a huge choking hazard..but it is perfect for everyone else. We actually had several extra pieces and built 2 line fences to use with the balloon. I think if each of the items pieces were packaged individually they would be easier to put together. The balloon is our favorite. The colors are vibrant and we like the fact that the set comes with two figures so more than one person can play at a time. Overall this is a fun playset if you can devote some time and patience to put it together.
