Directions:

(1) Pour 1 sachet of Protein Diet Creamy Jelly in a container, followed by 100ml of milk.

(2) Stir quickly to mix.

* Certain types of milk such as fortified milk, low-fat milk, skimmed milk, milk beverage, or soy milk may cause the jelly to soften or harden. Use fresh milk for best result.

* The jelly may be difficult to solidify if each time a small quantity of milk is added to mix.

* Replacing one of your 3 meals with the product is recommended.
