Our Recipe For Sour Cream Coffeecake This Box Contains Sour Cream Cake Mix & Cinnamon Crumb Topping Mix. You*ll Need Topping 1/2 Stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted Cake 1/2 Stick (4 tablespoons) butter, softened 3/4 Cup milk 2 Large eggs Bakes 8* or 9* square or bundt style cake
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8x8x2*, 9x9x2* or bundt-style pan.
Combine topping mix with melted butter to form large crumbs. Set Aside.
Beat cake mix, softened butter, milk, and eggs for 30 seconds on low and 1 minute on medium; scrape bowl as needed.
Spread half the batter evenly in prepared pan. Crumble half the topping over batter to form a fairly solid layer. Press crumbs gently into batter.
Drop remaining batter in small spoonfuls over top of crumbs. Gently spread into solid layer. Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake square pan for 38-42 minutes (bundt-style 40-50 minutes), or until center fells firm and cake tester comes out clean. Serve warm or allow to cool before removing from pan (remove bundt-style cake from pan after cooling 15 minutes).
