What's in the box (Please see picture):

1. Two Freemie collection cups (8oz capacity)
2. Two 25mm and two 28mm funnels
3. Standard Connection kit consisting of all connections necessary for breastpump such as Medela Pump in style and spectra
4. Instruction Manual
   

Note that this is a new (Deluxe) item that are improved and are more transparent (older version had frosted surface, difficult to see through), with the logo embossed rather then printed. Also comes with marking for measurement of milk.

*Freemie does not officially support connection to Medela Freestyle and Swing Maxi, but customers report that it will work fine if you purchase backflow protector and the additional connection kit separately. 

This is How you connect it to Spectra:

Part (2) - Included in the Freemie set.
Part (3) - Freemie tubing, included in the freemie set and to be inserted into your freemie cups
Part (1) - NOT INCLUDED in the freemie set. Please cut a small portion of your existing Spectra tubing to use as (1).
Part (4) - NOT INCLUDED in the freemie set. You will have to use your existing backflow protectors from your spectra set. The other side of Part (4) shall connect to your spectra tubings then to your spectra pump.
