How to Wear


1. Open the main strap, center the support along the lower back, with the stays on each side of the spine and the curved edge pointing downwards


2. Wrap the main wide strap snugly around the waist and secure the velcro fasteners over the abdomen.


3. Pull the secondary straps forward to place the back pad into the lower back. Secure the straps along the front of the support. Adjust the secondary straps to achieve the correct level of support and compression for your need.


Care Instructions
Attach all hook fasteners and cinch straps before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
