Instruction:

1. Soak thesharpening stone in water(salt water is better) for 15minutes beforeuse.
2. Use the #3000grit red side for coarse grinding, use the #10000 grit side forfine grinding. 
3. Sharpeningblades in a 10~20 degree angle would reach a bettereffect. 
4. Aftersharpening, clean the stone with wet cloth or water, then dryit.
