Cold Pressed Unrefined Flaxseed Oil

A rich source of Omega 3. A lovely nutty taste pleasant to use. Packaged with nitrogen in a sunlight and oxygen proof bottle/box to retain nautral goodness. A highly polyunsaturated natural oil, and the richest source of the valuable Omega 3 essential fatty acid (EFA). 

Directions: This nutty flavoured oil may be poured on breakfast cereal, salads or vegetables added to smoothies, or enjoyed straight from the spoon.

Ingredients: Cold pressed extra virgin flaxseed oil.

Keep refrigerated after opening, best used within 3 months of opening. Oil may develop bitter flavours with age.
