SST - As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 serving (2 Capsules) in the morning each day, or as directed by a physician or qualified healthcare professional. Best if taken on an empty stomach. Do not take within six hours of bedtime. This product should not be taken in combination with other products containing caffeine or other stimulants. Please read the entire label before use.
STIMFREE -As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) capsules in the morning and one (1) capsule in the afternoon before meals with 8 ounces of water. Do not exceed three servings/capsules per day. Please read entire label before use.
LSC -As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 serving (3 capsules) each day before bed. Please read entire label before use.

Now, you must consider these pills a catalyst for helping to lose water weight and boosting your metabolism. This is not an answer to all of your needs, only an asset to changing your lifestyle! Your body goes trough some crazy changes when you start a diet and workout routine so this is meant to help create discipline.
