Cara pakai nya:
1. Lilit sauna wrap melingkari bagian tubuh yang mau dikecilkan. Lilit dengan rapat ya. Supaya tidak ada udara yang masuk ke dalam. Jadi lebih mudah berkeringat.
2. Pakai selama 1-3 jam. Sekali pakai maximal 3 jam.
