Directions
Sort and rinse. Bring 3 cups water and 1 cup grain to boil. Reduce, over and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Suggested Uses: Add cooked amaranth to muffins, pancakes and quickbreads for flavor and texture. Use as a thickener in soups, stews and casseroles. Pop (like popcorn) for crunchy cereal or snack.Free OfGMOs.
