To install, use a Phillips screwdriver and make sure the base clamps are tightly secured to your treadmill's handle bars. The top board attaches securely to the clamps with a commercial grade Velcro already in place. To detach, in case you want to run, just lift the top board; no need to remove the base clamps. That's it! Clamp base measurements: 8" length x 3.5" height with adjustable range opening of 1"- 2" for handle bars.
