Shipping & Postage
LOCAL SHIPMENT (SINGAPORE ONLY)
We use SingPost to deliver items to you. Should you wish to opt otherwise, please inform us at sitoyakashop@gmail.com.
NORMAL POSTAGE
Depending on the weight of each parcel standard shipping rate will vary .
SingPost usually takes 2 - 7 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Normal Post.
REGISTERED POSTAGE (RECOMMENDED)
SingPost usually takes 1 - 3 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Registered Parcels.
Tracking numbers will only be provided on request.
Note: Additional shipping charges may be added to standard rate if postage weight exceeds the maximum postage weight as quoted by SingPost.

We post your orders out daily. For your parcel to be mailed out to you the next working day, please make payment before 6pm.
A second notification email will be sent out to you once your parcels have been shipped out.
We are not responsible for any lost items during delivery. If you have not receive your parcels in the estimated times provided to you in your second email notification, please drop us an email at sitoyakashop@gmail.com and we will contact SingPost on your behalf.
