Promotion is valid only for locals residing in Singapore. I.e.: Singaporeans, PR, EP, S Pass, WP holders. Please bring along your identification card for verification when redeeming e-ticket.

Redemption: Do note that redemption has to be made 1 day in advance via email to info@iflysingapore.com

If customer is unable to show valid NRIC/ Pass at check-in, full price of the ticket will be charged. No refund will be given if customer declines to pay the full price ticket and the ticket will be considered null and void.


1. THE FLIGHT EXPERIENCE

a. Who Can Fly/Eligibility 
i. Flyers must be 7 years of age and above; 120kg maximum if under 1.8m tall, 140kg maximum if over 1.8m tall; not pregnant; have no hard casts; are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs; have no history of shoulder dislocation, back or neck injury. 
b. Waiver Form 
i. All flyers must complete the Waiver Form, a legal agreement between the flyer and iFly Singapore (SKYVENTURE VWT SINGAPORE PTE LTD). This agreement ensures all flyers understand the nature of the sport of bodyflight and the risks involved. 
ii. All information retained on the Waiver Form is used for this purpose alone and will not be supplied to any other party for any other purpose, except where authorized by the customer. 
iii. Flyers below 18 years of age must be accompanied by parent/guardian or bring along a copy of the identity card/passport and waiver form signed by parent/guardian. 
c. Pre-Flight Requirements 
i. Flyers are required to check in 1 hr prior to the flight time as all flyers need to attend professional training to ensure safety throughout flight experience. 
ii. Be attired in T-shirts, shorts, jeans or pants. Ladies are advised not to dress in skirts or dresses. 
iii. Wear closed-toe shoes with laces, preferably sneakers/track shoes. 
iv. Avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc. 
v. Flyers are required to bring along their Identity Card/passport for verification purposes. 

d. Strictly no PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY is allowed. 

2. BOOKINGS 

a. Rescheduling & Cancellation 
i. Rescheduling has to be done at least 48hrs prior to flight time. 
ii. Rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time will incur a rescheduling fee of S$20 per person. 
iii. Any rescheduling done for advance and promotional bookings will incur a rescheduling fee of $20 per person. 
iv. There will be no refund for flight cancellation. 
v. Latecomers will be required to reschedule their flight to the next available flight time, subject to availability. 

b. Refund & Transfer of Package 
i. iFly Singapore does not offer refunds for any reason. 
ii. Customers are allowed to transfer their package to a friend/family member reviewed on a case to case basis.

c. Maintenance 
i. iFly Singapore reserves the right to cancel all flights and reschedule them to the next available slot. 

d. Validity of Voucher 
i. All iFly Singapore flight e-vouchers are issued with an expiry date; all flights must be taken on or before that date. 
ii. Voucher(s) must be presented on the day of the intended flight; without the voucher(s), customer will not be allowed to fly unless payment is made. 

e. Prices 
i. All prices are indicated at point of sale. 

iFly Singapore reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
