Put on premium colorist gloves and snap off the tip of the Color Optimizing Crème (1) applicator cap before beginning. Remove cap from bottle. Point away from your face and shake thoroughly until mixture is totally blended.

Option A: Do A Touch Up Root Application if you color every 4-6 weeks with this shade, or a similar shade. Make 1/4" partings throughout your dry, unwashed hair with applicator tip. Apply haircolor mixture onto new growth root area only until completely saturated, working from the front to the back of your head. Leave color on new growth root area for 20 minutes. TIP: For resistant grays, leave on an additional 5 minutes. Apply remaining product to the rest of your hair to refresh color. Loosely pile your hair on top of your head. Let develop for an additional 5 minutes. Total application time is 25 minutes. When time is up, add a small amount of warm water to hair and work into lather. Rinse until water runs clear. Apply enough Care Suprême Color Saving Conditioner (3) to thoroughly saturate your hair. Massage through hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with cool water. To help protect color against fading, replenish moisture and optimize shine, use Care Suprême Color Saving Conditioner once a week after shampooing. Enough for up to 6 weekly applications.

Option B: Do a full head if you have never colored your hair, you want to try a darker shade, or you have not colored in 3 months or longer. Apply haircolor mixture immediately to dry, unwashed hair. Apply color at your root area and through your ends until completely saturated. Use enough mixture to saturate your hair. Loosely pile your hair on top of your head. Leave on for 25 minutes. When time is up, add a small amount of warm water to hair and work into lather. Rinse until water runs clear. Follow directions above for Step 4.

Precaution: If mixture gets on your skin, wipe it off with a damp towel. If mixture gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with lukewarm water. Never leave the tip unopened after mixing - container may burst. Use immediately and do not save any unused mixture. Allergy Test: It’s essential to perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before you color your hair. This is the rule even if you’ve previously used a haircolor product. Allergies can develop suddenly, even though you’ve been coloring your hair for some time. Skin allergy test instructions are included in the instructional guide inside your box of haircolor.
