Shipment:
These dresses/tops are from the original factory, it takes 10-12 days to reach Singapore normally. Sometimes it may delay for 2-3days due to clearance of customs or other unexpected reasons. Please be patience, we’ll try our best to deliver your orders as soon as possible.
Orders will be collected on every Sunday after 4pm and sent to factories. Please manage your order date to save the waiting time.
 
Delivery:
Only door to door courier by TA Q BIN with postage of $4.50 is provided. We absorb partial shipping cost.
 
Exchange & Return:
Only defective products with prominent quality problem and wrongly arranged products can be exchanged or returned. A full refund will be provided if the replacement item is out of stock.

 

 

Kindly note that there’s no size exchange/ refund provided for size matters after order has been sent to factory. If you really want to exchange size after received or shipped, $32 need to be paid for shipping back & forth to factory. Local shipping to be paid seperately.
