Policy

SHIPPING

1. Item Ships 1-2 business days after payment receipt.

2. Item well packed and ship to confirm address with tracking number.  

3. Shipping takes 3-5 days for DHL & UPS ，EMS takes 5-7 days， China  post air takes longer 15 days.(NOT including weekend and holiday)

4. Some Countries take 1- 2 weeks to clear import goods. Custom may  open and remove for inspection

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE

1. Responsibility: Import duties， taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are NOT  INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.

2. What Fee: Please check with your country's custom to determine what these additional costs will be prior to  your purchasing.

3. Who collect: These charges are normally collected by the  delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.

    Please do  not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES

2. Full warranty against any defective product

3. Refund is for the product price only

4. Handling， postage and shipping charges are not refundable.

5. Defective product must be returned within 30 days of arrival date.  

6. Refund or replacement will be arrange after receipt of the  returned item

7. Buyer must return item at his/her own cost
