The zzysh® Champagne Preserving System pressurizes the opened bottle with a mixture of 100% food-grade
argon/CO2 gas to preserve taste and bubbles. Argon gas is the 3rd most abundant gas in the earth's atmosphere.
Enveloped and pressurized into this argon/CO2 atmosphere, as well as shielded by the innovative stopper, the
sparkling wine is perfectly protected from loss of fizz and oxidation. Flavor, bubbles and quality are preserved for
