WHY UNMILLED ORGANIC RICE?
In order to make rice more appetizing by whitening the grain,the normal milling process removes the outer layers of rice grain,which are called rice bran and germ.However,as bran and germ are the essential parts to rice crop reproduction,it contains the richest nutrients such as fiber,protein and various other vitamins and minerals.To ensure you receive the maximum benefits from rice grain,we only use unmilled rice.
